This year I hosted a vintage tea party for my birthday
I can’t believe I don’t have more pics to share of this lovely theme …. I made brownies, champagne glasses filled with fruit and cream, lemon and fudge bars, apple pie, egg muffins, red velvet cupcakes and little tartlets filled with white chocolate mousse and berries.
Dude #2 turned 9 and he loves the angry birds game so that was the theme for this birthday party.
Besides a birthday cake, pig cakepops, licourice and matching M&M’s we served savoury foods as he loves tomatoes, mini salami’s and cucumber.
My mother liked my birthday high tea so much she wanted one too on her birthday. She made did all the shopping and made all the savoury food, I concentrated on the sweet things & decorating. Some of my favorite things to do ….
Dude #1 turned 11 and celebrated this with a true hollywood movie party.
I loved this theme and it shows in the decorations, some theme’s are so easy to pull off !
This year for my birthday I didn’t only serve high tea like sweets but just everything I love, theme was pink of course and I had to go all out on decorations and baking ….
Patriotic colors but it’s also our Baseball club’s colors … here are the treats I made for dude #1’s baseball party dessert table
Cookie treats to take to school for the teachers, cakepops for the students
Dude #1 turned 10 and his theme was baseball since he plays it and loves the game.
We forgot to take pictures of the themed table but we do have individual pics of the treats, cake and decorations.
Baseball bat and baseball are made from chocolate, the grass is swiss meringue buttercream and the cap is marzipan.
Cakepops in his baseball clubs colors.
