Did you know you can freeze cakepops ? Before dipping them in candymelts that is. The good thing about the freezing part is that whenever you have a get together with friends and want to bring something you can; thaw, dip and treat your hosts to some yummy cakepops.

X-mas cakepops

I’ve made several kinds of cakepops for christmas this year, the boys wanted to take some to the school christmas dinner and we had some on christmas day. The cupcake pops were my first attempt ever and can you believe they were harder to make than the trees and the reindeers ?
